I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place is excellent as it is close to the Symbol Shopping mall, the bus station, and the city center. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and do some shopping. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. Despite the language barrier, they tried their best to understand and help me. The 24-hour room service was a great convenience and I particularly appreciated the package/parcel services they offered. The room amenities were top-notch with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant served delicious meals and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. I also made use of the sauna and health club facilities, which were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
